How do we do it?
All of our teams operate based on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), which greatly contributes to the high-level efficiency of remote task execution. We work in weekly sprints, hold daily stand-ups and retrospectives. On one hand, this makes task execution predictable and transparent, and on the other hand, due to the continuous delivery of completed system components, it enables us to provide a practical, testable, and usable product sooner.
We believe that a lovable workplace and work environment multiply motivation and nurture high-quality work. Therefore, we pay special attention to strengthening a feedback culture through the power of digital transformation. This goal guided us when we decided to develop our own software to allow our employees to provide daily feedback on how they feel, how they evaluate their tasks and their day, and how they see themselves in their work and whether anything hinders them.
We place great emphasis on continuous development, whether at an individual, team, or organizational level. Thus, we consider self- or organization-driven training important, as well as encouraging knowledge and experience sharing. To facilitate seamless knowledge transfer, we have developed our own communication and educational platform, which includes dedicated channels and toolkits to support collaborative work and task execution.
