When building Cofidis’s website, part of the project was designing the user interface. In visual appearance, we strived for a clean look so users could easily find the information they were looking for.
Another important aspect was integrating the site with Cofidis’s CRM system. The login modules of the site are in direct contact with the CRM so the client’s call center can reach registered users as soon as possible. During the complex development procedure, we provided reliable support for the sales team and have continued working with them after finishing the site to provide solutions to their business needs.
